UK SHIPPING
Free Royal Mail Tracked is available for all orders over £15. DPD is discounted to £3.00 over £99.
We dispatch Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm, excluding public holidays. This may not always be possible during particularly busy periods.
Non-mainland locations including Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands are exempt from Royal Mail and DPD's delivery time frames.
Royal Mail
- This service is Tracked 24 Hour or Tracked 48 Hour, including delivery on weekends.
- Royal Mail services are available up to 10kg.
- 24 Hour & 48 Hour delivery is an aim and not a guarantee by Royal Mail, although they achieve this for the vast majority of consignments to mainland UK.
DPD Courier
- We offer the standard next-day service with DPD. Please note that this is a standard service, next-day delivery is not guaranteed.
- DPD's next-day service officially covers Monday-Friday. Weekend delivery is possible, but orders dispatched on a Friday may not be delivered until the following Monday.
- We recommend using the DPD app as it has lots of useful features for delivery. DPD currently make two delivery attempts, so please make sure you have left instructions if you are not in. If there are no instructions given, the parcel will either be held at the local depot for further instruction or returned to our warehouse.
International Shipping
We do not charge taxes to non-UK customers, so all international shipments will incur charges during import. Unfortunately, we are unable at this time to offer a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service. Import fees are usually the destination countries standard VAT rate + a handling fee - this is collected by the delivery agent.
Any international orders returned to us will be refunded minus the shipping cost and any return fee incurred.
Due to ongoing customs clearance issues we have halted shipping to some EU countries, notably Germany and Spain. We are looking to find a long-term solution to this. Sincere apologies to all of our customers in these countries.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Some countries will not allow the import of certain products. We will do our best to restrict sales of these products where possible, but it remains the responsibility of the customer to research and establish what their country rules and regulations are.
Sungleam Organic cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs. If an order is rejected by customs due to the contents, or returned by post due to lack of import payment from the customer, Sungleam Organic may be charged. Any cost incurred towards us, together with the original shipping cost, will be deducted from any potential refund.
